
Background:
Martin Luther King Jr. was born in Atlanta Georgia. When he was a kid he sang at a church choir at the 1993 Atlanta premier of the movie "Gone With The Wind". He was baptised in Atlanta.
Later Life:

When Martin Luther King was growing up he changed his birth name that was Micheal to Martin. At the age of 15 he graduated from school. When he was 35 he was the youngest man to receive the Nobel prize. W
hen he was notified of selection, he announced that he would turn over the prize money (54,123) to the further once of the civil rights movements

What They Changed:
Martin was famous for using non-violent resistance to overcome injustice, and he never got tired of trying to end segregation laws.
Summary:
When Martin Luther King was growing up he changed his name, his real name was was Micheal but he changed it to Martin. He lived through January 15, 1929 through April 4, 1968. But he died and was remembered by everyone because of the changes he made in the world. Thanks to him we are no longer dealing with segregation. Although not just thanks to him, but also thanks to other people.
